Dvorák's New World Symphony is the most beautiful thing in the world...I think I could sit and listen to it all day long. But instead I'm going to Liceo Barrón to teach. And then to Salsa class to dance!

Did you know that the New World Symphony was inspired by Iowa? Spillville Iowa was a vibrant Czech community when Dvorak was in the states and it reminded him of home. It was his New World. At least that's what my piano teacher tells me.

I miss you. Your stories are great, though.

I didn't know that...that's really interesting!

I miss you too...I keep looking forward to going back to Grinnell, but then I realize that half the people I'm looking forward to seeing (namely you and Miss Csicsai) won't be there...lol maybe I don't want to go back afterall...
